Catherine Kreston

Catherine’s career in spans over 20 years with experience in retail and hospitality organizations.  She
has managed the human resources, risk management and corporate communication functions for both
publicly traded and privately held organizations including La Madeleine, CEC Entertainment, Inc, Wyatt’s
Cafeterias, and Garden Ridge.  She has participated in three remarkable corporate turnarounds and is
considered an expert at creating innovative people strategies that result in measurable bottom line
impact.

Her experience encompasses:
Human Resources:  employee relations, conflict management and resolution, risk management, guest
relations, recruiting, staffing, succession planning, training, development, and direction of national and
regional human resources support functions in companies with over 300 locations.  

Business Development:  strategic planning, budgeting, organization structure, foundation policies and
procedures, change management, systems and tools to support healthy financial growth.

Executive Leadership:  interim executive support in human resources, training, organization
development; executive coaching and strategic planning.

Client Management:  Catherine has lead client services and support for leading foodservice,
manufacturing, and non-profit organizations including:  FOCUS Brands, Food Brand, Gatti's Pizza, Shells
Seafood Restaurants, Two Chefs on a Roll, The Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization, Culver's
Restaurants, The Elliot Leadership Institute.

She is a highly regarded executive leadership coach and has presented at annual meetings,
conferences and workshops.
